Efficient Systems

We operate with a Nordson-automated powder coat system and also run manual systems for larger parts and short runs. Both systems can manage various material sizes up to motorcycle and car frames, and we are able to cover at large volumes.

Attention to Detail

To ensure a great finish for your project we discuss usage and location of parts and offer sandblasting, primers and top coat to preserve the perfect color.

Preparation

All parts go through our wash bay and get a rust inhibiting conversion coating, or go through the sandblaster to remove rust and surface imperfections.
