OUR DEPARTMENTS:
Drafting: Using Autodesk Program Suite and Inventor we design and program products for the CNC Router and Trumpf Laser and Brake Presses.
Wood: Using hand tools and various machinery to mill, shape, and construct various furniture and retail fixturing and trims.
Spray Finish: Using an airless sprayer system to paint, stain, sand to prep parts and between coats, and clear coat wood products.
Metal: Utilizing our laser, brake presses, robotic welder, Mig/Tig welding stations, grinders, hand tools, and various machinery to cut, weld, and form our catalog of products.
Powder Coating: Run either our Manual or Automated Powder Coat line, hanging raw parts and packaging finished goods. Prepare raw parts for finish including, sandblasting and utilizing the wash bay. Using hand tools and various machinery to prepare and finish parts.
Warehouse: Help with the final assembly of products, packaging for shipping, loading and unloading trucks, managing storage and inventory of products and shop supplies.
Production: We require a number of generalized hands that support all departments. Capable of using hand tools and various machinery as assigned, and willing to learn. These team players work to the overall production goals of the shop.
