Powder Coating

When it comes to finishing metal work, our sandblasting and powder coating department has you covered. As we’ve said before, no project is too big or too small here at Quality Wood & Metal Designs.

We operate with a Nordson-automated powder coat system and also run manual systems for larger parts and short runs. Both systems can manage various material sizes up to motorcycle and car frames, and we are able to cover at large volumes.

Powder coating provides a beautiful, durable finish for metal parts and projects and is available in a wide variety of colors. To ensure a great finish for your project we discuss usage and location of parts and offer sandblasting, primers and top coat to preserve the perfect color. All parts go through our wash bay and get a rust inhibiting conversion coating, or go through the sandblaster to remove rust and surface imperfections.
